To Cook or not to Cook African?

I am a diasporan African with cultivated taste buds for Ghanaian cooking. Although I have developed a more westernized palate after years of roaming God's great world, there are days when my taste buds crave West African fare. I want to write this blog to explore how we cook African far away from Africa.
